Administrative and Sinking fund management

Policy administration – Renewals maintenance of insurance policies

IClaims management – Lodging routine claims up to $10,000. Claims exceeding this amount may incur additional fees, subject to Executive Committee approval.

Record management – maintaining accurate, transparent and accessible records.

Communication management – recording and managing all correspondence and communications.

Corporate administration – administering the Common Seal and maintaining formal documentation.

Preparation & distribution of AGM, ECM, and SGM notices on behalf of the Owners Corporation.

Meeting attendance during business hours with optional after-hours attendance available at an additional cost.

Minute preparation and distribution.

Meeting logistics coordination – in person and virtual, as required.

Standard repairs and maintenance – managing day-to-day repairs and maintenance.

Planned preventative maintenance – coordination ongoing maintenance programs in conjunction with the Exec Committee.
